Our basic service charge is 2.5 percent plus N25
Minimum fee per transaction is N50
You could calculate the fee charged per transaction using the "Calculate Fee" menu option under "Transaction" tab, after logging into your account
We based our fee lower than the prevailing rates in the industry., however we will continue to strive to see how we can do more.
Also be aware that the fee was agreed upon after many months of deliberation by all the partners on this project, so its not something we can change overnight.
One thing we agree upon is that senders of money should not pay a fee. So you don't pay a fee when you send money but rather the recipient or merchant
In order to provide you a standard service, we need to justify by charging a fair commission to keep the system running for your business
