You should visit any of the Bank branches given below and deposit cash into the account of VTN as specified on your VTN account

Option (2) Purchase VTN Scratch card at any Bank PHB Branch
Logon to your VTN account and click on Add funds using scratch card, and follow the instruction
Option (3) Purchase VTN electronic pin from VTN approved resellers
